Travel

• One (1) first class fares will be provided by the hiring company / association. Fuel reimbursement only for local events.

• One (1) Hotel room for 2 people sharing accommodations.(Assistant included) Reservations
 should be made at or near the event site for the evening before the event (2 nights if the meeting is late afternoon / evening or international).

• Transportation to / from the airport and the event site should be provided.

• Reimbursement should be allowed for two healthy meals per day.

Depending on the event type/size, Power Point may be used. If used, she will need a projector and screen to fit the audience. Lady L often comes with DVDs. If used, a compatible DVD player will be needed with a feed to the projector.
Preferred large group set up is a large raised platform (3'-6') with one small table and no podium. Distance from the first row of seats to the riser should be no farther than 6'. Whiteboard and markers, please. Or chart and easel with markers, please.

Audience participants need to be able to come on the stage.

• Room set-up can be adjusted to accommodate smaller group sizes.

• Lady L requests a view of the room set-up with you before the event, if possible.

• All A/V issues will be discussed at the time of our agreement.
